This wine is made from grapes grown in white Garnacha and Macabeo vineyards located on slaty coasts, from where it is possible to see the sea and the mountains of Canigó, snow-covered for much of the year.
Its name (“De neu” in old Catalan) and the snow crystals that adorn the label are inspired by this unique landscape.
