Five Michelin Stars at your private celebration
Horitzó: where the landscape becomes gastronomy
Paco Pérez and Hotel Arts Barcelona launch Horitzó, a high-end catering service that brings the essence of the Mediterranean and Cap de Creus to any location. An alliance of two icons to create unrepeatable celebrations.
An alliance between two icons of excellence
20/02/26
Horitzó is not your typical catering service. It is the first joint expression of Paco Pérez and Hotel Arts Barcelona: a project conceived to transport the chef’s culinary universe—boasting five Michelin stars and over thirty years of experience—beyond his usual restaurants, Enoteca Paco Pérez and Miramar.
This proposal stems from the confluence of two ways of understanding high-level hospitality: the chef’s honest and contemporary cuisine, deeply rooted in the Mediterranean and the Mar d’Amunt that bathes Cap de Creus, and the hotel’s organizational mastery in creating world-class events. Together, they shape a project where gastronomy becomes the epicenter of social and corporate celebrations that strive for the memorable, not the predictable.
From the territory to the plate: product, proximity, and seasonality
Horitzó’s cuisine is based on a precise philosophy: respecting the rhythms of nature and honoring those who farm, fish, or breed with integrity. Each menu is a reading of the Mediterranean landscape, crafted through technique and emotion, with local products as the central theme.
Small producers, seasonal ingredients, flavors of the sea and the land: the same language that defines Pérez’s restaurants is transported, intact, to the venue chosen by the client. The result is a gastronomy that does not renounce local culinary identity or innovation, reinterpreting tradition with elegance and turning every dish into a unique piece, as unrepeatable as the moment it celebrates.
Tailor-made experiences: precision, flexibility, and co-creation
Hotel Arts Barcelona provides Horitzó with something as difficult to replicate as its culture of excellence: an expert team capable of executing complexity with apparent simplicity, materializing the unprecedented without sacrificing quality or hospitality.
From the conceptualization of the event to the staging, every detail is custom-designed for the space, the number of guests, and the purpose of each gathering. No two celebrations are the same. Horitzó is, in essence, an exercise in co-creation where cuisine, environment, and emotion converge, sustained by the honesty of people, products, and processes. A project that shares the commitment of Paco Pérez and Hotel Arts Barcelona to create moments that endure long after the last glass has been emptied.

Two icons of excellence

Paco Pérez and Hotel Arts Barcelona
Paco Pérez has accumulated over thirty years of experience and five Michelin stars built from Miramar, his restaurant in Llançà facing the Mar d’Amunt, where the Mediterranean landscape, local products, and contemporary technique define a cuisine with its own identity. In Barcelona, that same philosophy takes shape at the two-Michelin-starred Enoteca Paco Pérez, located in Hotel Arts Barcelona: Europe’s only artistic urban resort and an icon of the Barcelona skyline designed by Bruce Graham and recently redesigned by the New York studio Meyer Davis. The hotel combines art, wellness, and gastronomy facing the Mediterranean, with more than 2,200 m² of event space and international accolades from Condé Nast Traveler, Robb Report, and Travel + Leisure—including being named the number one hotel in Spain.
Together, Paco Pérez and Hotel Arts Barcelona are the pillars upon which Horitzó is built.
