Spring tastings and boutique fairs to celebrate the territory
April: A sensory awakening among vineyards, cheeses, and the sea
April arrives with an explosion of colors in the landscape and delicate flavors on the table. It is the month of tender products—peas, broad beans, and strawberries—and fairs that highlight artisanal food. We suggest five essential stops to enjoy wine culture and local products in their best version.

Throughout the weekend, guided tastings are scheduled in the “Aula del Formatge,” along with pairings with wines and craft beers, and activities to learn about extensive livestock farming. It’s a golden opportunity to speak directly with master cheesemakers and buy products with soul.

During the fair, the town is filled with stalls where you can taste different varieties of honey (rosemary, orange blossom, multi-flower) and new-harvest oils. Beyond the gastronomic aspect, the fair includes agricultural machinery exhibitions, technical talks, and the famous raffle of “your weight in honey,” becoming a showcase for the vitality of the Ebro’s primary sector.
Dates: April 17th, 18th, and 19th, 2026.
Location: El Perelló (Baix Ebre).

The old town of Sant Llorenç is transformed into an open-air museum where local wineries offer their wines and sparkling wines while various artists create works live. You can enjoy cultural pairings, painting, sculpture, and photography exhibitions, and live music that accompanies the stroll among glasses. It is a fair with a creative and festive spirit that claims wine as a fundamental part of our cultural heritage.
