The Rearing Process
We breed, fatten, slaughter, and produce in our own facilities in Alt Empordà, as this is the only way we know to guarantee the quality and consistency of our products. You will find our extensive range of products in the most demanding restaurants and the most select shops.

Our ducks, of the Mulard breed, arrive at our farms just a few hours after hatching. From that moment on, we control the entire rearing and fattening process. We use 100% natural feed and corn, which allows us to guarantee the quality of the raw material we use to feed our animals.

They grow outdoors in semi-freedom in fields near the Aiguamolls de l’Empordà, an area of exceptional environmental quality.

In-house Production
We have our own specialized slaughterhouse, which allows us to minimize the time between slaughter and processing—another key factor in the final quality of Collverd products.

Optimal Facilities
Our facilities, expanded in 2019, along with an expert and committed team, allow us to comply with the most demanding regulations and face the future with guarantees and reliability.

Collverd Lab
With the creation of the CollverdLAB space, we have achieved another major milestone for the company: creating an environment for innovation and a meeting point for all professionals and gastronomy lovers focused on duck products.
