From passion to project
La Caseïna was born from Bruno Cabral’s journey, a Brazilian who moved to Catalonia in 2006. After training in gastronomy and cheesemaking, and serving as a judge at the World Cheese Awards, he opened his own shop in Vic to share his expertise.
