Founded in 1982 on Morgades Street in Vic, Can Molas was born from the farming roots of its founders. The company specializes in artisan cured meats, taking advantage of the climate and resources of the Plana de Vic. By maintaining traditional processes, every product ensures authenticity, flavor, and a unique character.
Product Range and Selection
Can Molas offers a wide selection of products: traditional longanissa sausages made with pork from the region, Iberian cured meats, artisan cheeses, and ready-to-eat dishes. For special occasions, the shop also prepares trays with canapés, montaditos, cheese assortments, foie, and carpaccios, all crafted with meticulous care.
