Grape varieties:
100% Garnacha (Grenache)
Winemaking:
A direct-press rosé. The grapes enter the winery and are pressed very quickly to ensure minimal color extraction.
Analysis:
Alcohol content: 14%
Tasting Notes:
Intense cherry color with a raspberry rim. Deep and intense aroma, with a strong presence of red fruit and even stone fruit notes. Fleshy on the palate with great volume and rich, powerful tannins. Aftertaste featuring Mediterranean herbs and ripe red fruits. Very elegant and long-lasting.
Food Pairing:
An ideal wine for pairing with pasta, sushi, foie gras, and charcuterie.
