History and family roots
Granja Godall’s story dates back centuries with early records of the Guadall family. In 1970, grandfather Josep and great-grandmother Rosa founded the farm, focusing on animal care and making homemade sausages for family and friends. Today, their children Ramon, Josep, and Jesús lead the business, keeping tradition alive while expanding production with quality and traceability standards.
Quality sausages and meat
At Granja Godall, every step of production is carefully monitored. The cereals from the fields are transformed into feed for pigs, ensuring healthy, flavorful meat. The product range includes fresh, cured, and cooked sausages prepared with traditional recipes. Their products are rich in protein, healthy fats, vitamins, and low in saturated fats.
Pernil de Foc: an innovative appetizer
Pernil de Foc represents Granja Godall’s creativity. Available in two versions —Black with natural peppers and Red with smoked red peppers— it offers a unique culinary experience, perfect to enjoy with family and friends during aperitivo. Slow curing guarantees an intense flavor, delicate aroma, and superior quality.
